to providing compassionate, client-centered care. He values empathy, collaboration and creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered in their healing process. His primary interests include working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mood-related concerns. He is interested in utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to support clients in developing effective coping strategies and improving overall well-being.
