Welcome to the psychotherapy offices located at Counseling Connection, PLC 525 Hercules Drive in Colchester near Costco. There are independent licensed practitioners who have a wide range of experiences and specialties. We work with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups. Located in Colchester by exit 16 close to Costco. We also have interns and therapists at Timber Lane Pediatrics in South Burlington, Milton, and some school systems. The graduate students and post masters students are part of Counseling Connection Training Institute, LLC seeing clients under the supervision of Leora Black, Ph.D, LCMHC, LMFT. Please call your insurance company and find out the details of your BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE coverage. Be sure to ask if you have met your deductible, what your co-payment is for BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, and if a pre-authorization is necessary. Bring your insurance information and card to your first session. If you have two insurances, please know which is the primary and secondary. Copayment or deductible amounts are due at the time of service. Cash or check are preferred. In your intial phone contact you may ask your therapist if they can take credit, debit, or HSA cards and verify with the therapist that they are able to take your insurance. If you are using your Employee Assistance Program make sure that they have sent an authorization to the therapist. Click on your therapist 's name and find the intial paperwork. We would appreciate it if you could print, complete, and bring to your first session.
