I worked for the State of Vermont as a Vocational
Rehabilitation associate counselor for adults with disabilities and a case manager for those experiencing
homelessness (2022-2023). Within this role, I engaged in many professional development trainings related to
specific disabilities, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practice. I also have experience working
with children aged 0-5 and families as a pre-school teacher with Sensations in Learning in Williston, VT, leading
school faculty in professional development trainings based in trauma-informed practice, emotional freedom
techniques, and somatic processing (2024-2025).
Professional Affiliations: American Counseling Association Member.
My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, sexual and relational trauma, abuse survivors, chronic illness, disability, women's issues and LGBTQ+. My therapeutic work focuses on trauma, informed by a person-centered, relational-cultural, and somatic lens. I am interested in working with children and adolescents, young adults, and adults. I am passionate about working with individuals across the gender, sexuality, and disability spectrums.
