My professional experience includes working with young adults transitioning to college, women experiencing homelessness, and birth work. My theoretical approach is based in Emotion Focused, Narrative, and Solution Focused therapies. I practice from an anti-oppressive, authentic, client-centric, and LGBT+ affirmative framework.
