Emily's approach is integrative, with a strong person-centered foundation and a somatic lens. She is neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+-affirming and practices from a trauma-informed framework. Emily emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as the primary vehicle for change. She integrates feminist, mindfulness-based, strengths-based, and existential perspectives to support clients within their cultural, relational, and sociopolitical contexts. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, women’s issues, parenting and postpartum challenges, relationship concerns, and eating disorders.
